Re-arranging an appointment

We must be notified at least 3 working days prior to the appointment if the client wishes to change it. In light of our payment-on-arrival scheme we will not able to charge the client if they change their appointment with little notice, however the client will be recognised by our system as a no show and be prevented from making future bookings with us. 

 

Payments 

We must receive full payment in either cash or through PayPal gifted before the session begins. To avoid complications to the session please have everything properly in place if paying with PayPal i.e. no account issues, no internet issues on the clients device that could prevent payment etc 

The session will not proceed if payment has not been paid, with no exceptions. The session time may be reduced if there is a payment issue but the price will not be altered.

 

Refunds

We cannot refund the package fee on the premise that the client is not happy with/does not like the final product. There will be opportunity to discuss the image outcome at the start of the session and we will do our best to meet the clients request being mindful that we specialise in professional head-shots for actors and young professionals alike, with our own style (see gallery).

A refund may be granted in the case of any technical faults in our studio which may prevent the shoot going ahead. A refund may be granted if the client is not delivered the full package within two weeks of their session. However we are not responsible for any technical issues that may delay the exchange of images over email, and will not issue a refund on the basis that technical issues have prevented delivery.

 

Under 18s

Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Regulations on site

We will not be held accountable for any accidents on site.

We will not be held accountable for any property/items damaged or lost on site.

If any equipment is damaged in the session through fault of the client they will need to pay the full repair cost.

We will not tolerate aggressive or violent behaviour before, during or after the session. In the event of this happening you will be asked to leave and the session may be cancelled.

We reserve the full right to cancel the session.
